Gregory M. Soucy, president of Soucy Communications Group, has over 25 years of experience in communications and public relations. Prior to founding SCG, he supported corporate communications for large multinational companies, including Shawmut Bank (now Bank of America), Prudential Insurance, Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP) and Bull Information Systems. Soucy also has experience in international communications, government and community relations, corporate image programs, sports marketing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings, as well as television and multimedia production and events management. He has written literally hundreds of corporate and product press releases and (ghosted) articles under clients’ names. He has interviewed customers and developed applications stories, Web pages, newsletters, brochure copy and a number of other marketing pieces.
Sandra R. McLaughlin provides expert public relations, analyst relations and communications support. She is primarily responsible for managing SCG media and analyst relations as well as developing media strategies. McLaughlin has extensive experience in corporate, product, community and international programs for Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP), Bull Information Systems and Honeywell. She has developed and implemented numerous media and analyst campaigns in a variety of industries resulting in major feature stories from local business newspapers to major international journals. McLaughlin also has organized international press tours, placed executives on speaking programs at tradeshows and forums, managed press conferences, and coordinated groundbreakings and employee events. Other projects include the coordination of communications activities to support the Boston Marathon and other major sports/fundraising events.
